About
The Project
This site is published under the project identity Structure Log: an operational log of designing and running organized AI agents from the ground up.
The project is operated as a single-author, project-identity venture. Personal information about the operator (real name, photograph, employer, age, location) is intentionally not published — the subject of this blog is the system, not the individual behind it. See "Why This Project Does Not Share Personal Information" for the rationale.

Purpose
This is an independent record of building, operating, and iterating on a multi-agent AI organization — including what worked, what failed, and what was rolled back. The intent is to document at a granularity that helps anyone attempting a similar build.
Topics Covered
- Agent-organization design: separation of powers, two-person rule, document-first operations
- Multi-agent operations and implementation logs
- Automated workflows (Kill Switch, passive approval, cron integration, etc.)
- Failure logs and course corrections
- Templates and data-accumulation patterns
Editorial Principles
- AI collaboration: Articles are drafted with assistance from large language models, under a defined set of editorial rules. Final review and the decision to publish are performed by the project operator.
- Transparency labeling: A fixed footer ("This blog is made in collaboration with AI") appears on every page.
- Experience-first writing: The Site prioritizes what was actually built and run, rather than theory.
- Failure logs included: Mistakes and corrections are documented as part of the record, not edited out after the fact.
Publication Cadence
One chapter per day (currently in active publication). The full series is planned at roughly 180 chapters. See All Chapters for the published list.
